I’m Dungeon Cook, and I’m thrilled to introduce you to “Cooking in Dungeon – The Recipe Book of Dungeon Masters!” If you love fantasy universes and tabletop RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons and Pathfinder, this cookbook is your new best friend.

What about this campaign?
“Cooking in Dungeon” is an evolving project that aims to involve backers in its success rather than relying on ads. Adding more content to the book with everyone’s help is far more meaningful to me, which is why the number of recipes will increase continuously!
This recipe book will start with 125 recipes, but it might end up with many more!
One new recipe every 10 backers! Let’s bring more recipes to this book. Every 10 backers, a new recipe will be added to the book (both PDF and printed) without increasing the price!
Yes, I will add a new recipe every time we reach 10 new backers, including pictures of the new dishes, all without changing the price of the book, including the hardback edition!
With this concept, I reduce the margin per book in exchange for a better result instead of wasting money on ads.
This unconventional model will only work with everyone’s help, so share this project with your friends and on your social media as much as you can. Everyone will benefit from it!

Personal touch
My background in cooking (French culinary license) and my passion for RPGs inspired me to create a cookbook dedicated to the TTRPG and fantasy universes. When I was in elementary school, we had a special event where a group of people passionate about medieval food came to teach us how it was prepared long ago.
I remembered how amazing it was and always wanted to find restaurants where I could enjoy this kind of experience again, but it was almost impossible.
Over time, I got into RPGs and fantasy novels, and my dream evolved to create a cookbook with many recipes that could reproduce this kind of food, not only thinking of the end result but also the way of cooking.
With that in mind, you will find in the book some recipes that you can cook in the comfort of your home, but also in the middle of nature while camping like a true group of adventurers!
Featuring my special Dragonfire burger and the Dragonfire chicken with a special spices mix!
Beginner friendly
Every dish comes with some step-by-step instruction, with some pictures when necessary, to help you to cook your next favorite dish!
In this first edition of Cooking in Dungeon, I’ve prioritized taste over fanciness.
While there will be a few special recipes that only the most refined elven chefs can reproduce perfectly, most of the recipes are designed to be really easy and fast to replicate, but always with the best taste!

By backing this Kickstarter project, you’re not just getting a cookbook—you’re joining a community of fantasy food lovers. Your support will help make “Cooking in Dungeon” a reality, complete with mouth watering pictures, high-quality printing, and a slew of epic recipes but not only!
With the help of Legendary Scribes and their new module CookingCraft, you’ll find some in-game effect to the recipes. Your characters will be able to eat the same food as you!
As explained just before, Legendary Scribes will also bring a project link to food, and some exclusive recipes will be in their project, as the bonus of their module!
If you don’t know the Craft series yet, Legendary Scribes brings a complete system that allows you to create a gigantic amount of things per book (armor, weapons, poisons, potions… and now food) that you can use in-game, adding your personal touch and bringing some interesting effects to your games.
CookingCraft offers the exciting opportunity to cook within DnD, unlocking a tremendous range of possibilities, both delightful and disastrous!
Recipes can be fun and create unique effects for your characters. This module also introduces a new concept of cooking skills, determining whether your creations are worthy of a fine restaurant or if you’ve accidentally concocted a poisonous meal!

About the delivery
I’m aiming to finish everything (PDF and Hardcover) by October of this year. Unless the number of backers significantly increases, resulting in an unexpectedly large number of new recipes, I should be able to stick to the schedule!
- For the PDF, it will be delivered to your inbox with a direct link to download it.
- For the Hardcover, you’ll receive it directly at your doorstep. You’ll need to pay for the shipping depending on the location and the number of pages we end up with at the end of the campaign. I’ll fulfillment services to keep the shipping fees as small as possible (expect $6 to $10 on average for the US and £6 to £7 for UK, for example).
- For the goodies, they will be sent in a separate package, also directly to your doorstep. Shipping for the goodies is already included in the price since they are not linked to the stretch goals.
